CLICQ! 02 Workshop I
About the Course
CLICQ! is a different kind of training. It uses a lot of props and tools for simulation to facilitate the teaching of "how-to". Unlike other trainings, most of the content does not reside in the PowerPoint slides. To get a real feel for the curriculum, one can either read through the Teaching Guide, which provides the step-by-step instructions for training, or experience it live in a real workshop. To ensure the content is not distorted or diluted during the step-down training, a rigorous training-of-trainers is essential to ensure the potency of the curriculum.
What to Expect at Workshop #1
Participants:
- National and state TB and HIV program staff
- ART clinic, DOTS clinic and lab staff (Doctors, Nurses,HCWs, M&E/ Data, GeneXpert Focal Persons)
Training and Data Review:
- Various didactics on CQI
- Process mapping
- Review of DiCE results
- Sorted gaps based on effort and impact
Identify site specific improvement projects, define aim statements, objectives and site specific metrics to monitor weekly site progress.
